Understanding yourself and what's possible.
We begin by slowing down and getting clear on where you actually are rather than where you think you "should" be. This phase is about deep self-exploration: understanding your values, strengths, patterns, and what's really driving your need for change.
What we'll focus on:
Building a foundation of trust and clarity about what you want from our work together.
Exploring your career story: what's brought you here, what patterns keep showing up, what you're ready to release.
Identifying your core values and how aligned (or misaligned) your current work is with them.
Beginning to research possibilities without pressure to have answers yet.
Learning grounding practices to reconnect with your body and inner wisdom. These are practices prized by executives and entrepreneurs for their remarkable impact in enhancing creativity, innovation, strategic thinking and productivity.
You'll leave this phase with: A clearer sense of who you are beyond your job title, and initial clarity on what directions might be worth exploring.

Choosing your path and building your foundation.
Once you have clarity on the landscape of possibilities, this phase is about committing to a direction and taking practical steps to prepare. We move from exploration to decision, and from decision to action.
What we'll focus on:
Evaluating your options against what truly matters to you (not just what sounds good on paper).
Working through fears, doubts, and the discomfort of choosing. We will focus on specific skills, thoughts and places where you might feel a desire to shift.
Setting clear, achievable goals for your transition.
Creating the practical tools you'll need.
Developing a strategic plan for skill-building, education, or certification if needed.
Strengthening your ability to manage uncertainty without being overwhelmed by it.
You'll leave this phase with: A committed direction, a concrete action plan, and the tools to move forward with confidence.

Taking action and navigating the transition.
The final phase is about execution. You're no longer preparing, you're actively moving toward your new path. This is where we focus on momentum, resilience, and managing the inevitable ups and downs of job searching, career pivoting or advancing in your current workplace.
What we'll focus on:
Where a new role is appropriate, engaging in the job search process with strategies that feel aligned.
Practicing skills and strengthening your ability to communicate your value.
Managing rejection, self-doubt, and maintaining motivation when things feel hard.
Reviewing opportunities, negotiating offers, and making final decisions.
Reflecting on how far you've come and what you've learned about yourself.
Creating a sustainable plan for ongoing wellbeing in your new role or continued trajectory.
You'll leave this phase with: Momentum, confidence, and a clear path forward - whether that's a new role, a pivot in progress, or renewed clarity on your next steps. You’ll feel deeply replenished from your incorporated practices and motivated to move forward.
CREATING CHANGE

Moving into this three-month journey signals a genuine commitment to meaningful change: the kind that reshapes your work, wellbeing, and the trajectory of your life. You don't need to have answers or a plan. You just need to be ready to explore what's true for you with honest, compassionate support.

That said, the 3 month program is a significant commitment, and it needs to feel right for you. A payment plan can be made to suit your circumstances, but if the timing or investment doesn't align with where you are right now, you can choose to return at a better time.
It can be worth asking your accountant about claiming this program as a work-related self-education expense. It could be tax deductible if it is likely to lead to an increase in income from your current employment or if it maintains or improves a specific skill or knowledge used in your current job.

Yes. I work with clients globally via video sessions. As long as we can find a time that works across time zones, location isn't a barrier.

By the end of our work together, you'll have clarity, tools, and a path forward. Some people continue with occasional check-in sessions. Others feel complete and move forward on their own. There are limited spots for ongoing, longer-term support on application. There's no pressure either way and we'll talk about what feels right for you as we near the end of our time together.
