ABOUT JEN

Curiosity has been my guiding thread; those fundamental questions of why, how, and what if have led me from childhood wonder into a life of exploration and practice.

I’m a quiet observer and thoughtful guide who bridges ordinary life with deeper realms of consciousness. Shaped by lived experience and rooted in humility, I create spaces for transformation that honour our fundamental interconnectedness. I walk alongside others as a seeker, listener, and companion, helping people find belonging, simplicity, and meaning in a complex world.

I work with people feeling the pull toward change, guiding them from imbalance and overwhelm to clarity, confidence, and aligned action. My approach is calm, insightful, and non-judgmental, creating space for you to let go of old narratives, uncover what truly lights you up and take steps toward it with courage and ease.

My path has included 15 years as a senior executive leading complex teams across retail, not-for-profit, and government sectors, and a PhD exploring how Finland's schools create happy, engaged children (spoiler: it's about developing personal strengths and strong relationships). I’m currently completing my Master of Counselling (AIPC) and I'm a 500hr+ qualified meditation and yoga teacher with over 20 years of personal commitment. I blend all of this - qualifications, experience, contemplative practice, and deep listening - to help clients create sustainable shifts that support their mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing.

I know that transitional periods, although challenging, can be profoundly transformative when approached with compassion, curiosity and patience. Based on Dharawal land on the NSW South Coast with my partner, two daughters, and two dogs, I work with clients across the globe, helping them step into their fullest potential and their most joyful, authentic life by sharing the knowledge, skills, experiences and deep connection I have gathered on my own journey.
