Over the past 15 years, she’s worked with hundreds of people in a range of contexts, helping them release unhelpful thought patterns, shift perspective, and take purposeful action.

Her experience spans corporate leadership and public education, where she led teams and individuals through complex change, helping them connect with their strengths, clarify their direction, and achieve meaningful results. As a strategist in the public education sector, she specialised in values-led, goal-focused journeys from start to finish.

A 500-hour+ qualified meditation and yoga teacher with more than two decades of committed practice, Jen brings a holistic, grounded approach to supporting her clients. She blends leadership expertise with mindfulness, movement, and self-empowerment tools to help people find clarity, remove obstacles, and experience profound, lasting transformation.
